Bahan Omurice Shrimp

  1. Dibutuhkan 400 gr Nasi.
  2. Siapkan 3 siung bawang putih cincang.
  3. Sediakan 1-2 sdm margarin.
  4. Dibutuhkan 1 wortel kupas potong memanjang.
  5. Siapkan 1/2 bawang Bombay potong2.
  6. Diperlukan 200 gr udang kupas cincang.
  7. Diperlukan 3 buah sosis potong-potong.
  8. Diperlukan 1/2 sdt garam.
  9. Dibutuhkan 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur.
  10. Siapkan 1/4 sdt merica bubuk.
  11. Dibutuhkan 3 butir telur.

At most Japanese restaurants we have in the Bay Area, Omurice is not even on the menu, but I think this dish is pretty well-known and popular in Asian countries outside of Japan.

Langkah-langkah membuat Omurice Shrimp

  1. Siapkan bahan-bahannya. Tumis bombay dan bawang putih cincang dgn 1 sdm margarin hingga harum lalu masukan potongan sosis.
  2. Masukan potongan wortel, tambahkan nasi garam kaldu jamur dan sejumput merica aduk rata. Sisihkan. Kocok telur.
  3. Tuang kocokan telur di wajan yang sudah di panaskan dgn sedikit margarin masak sesuai kematangan yg di inginkan. Letakan secukupnya nasi tadi di atas telur lipat sisi sebelah kanan lalu lipat lagi dgn sisi sebelah kiri.
  4. Balikan dan letakan di piring bersama pelengkap.
