Bakmi goreng. Bami goreng, also known as mie goreng or bakmi goreng is a traditional Southeastern Asian dish. Basically, bami goreng is a spicy fied noodle meal. You can easily find it on the menu if you travel to Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore and other Southeastern Asian countries.

For this noodle bowl's success, it depends on two things: serving it piping hot, right out of a very hot wok, and finding some kecap manis, a molasses-thick sweet soy sauce. Cara membuatnya pun tidak susah, sobat dapat membuat Bakmi goreng hanya dengan menggunakan 16 bahan dan 4 langkah saja. Berikut ini bahan dan cara untuk memasaknya, bikin Bakmi goreng yuk!

Bahan-bahan Bakmi goreng

  1. Dibutuhkan 1 potong paha ayam (sisa kari kemarin) disuwir.
  2. Sediakan 1/4 buah gubis, potong memanjang.
  3. Diperlukan 5 siung bawang merah, iris tipis.
  4. Gunakan 3 siung bawang putih,iris tipis.
  5. Diperlukan 8 buah bakso (bernadi), potong jd 3.
  6. Dibutuhkan 1 buah telur, kocok.
  7. Dibutuhkan 500 gr mie (gloria malang).
  8. Siapkan 2 sdm kecap ikan.
  9. Siapkan 1 sdt garam.
  10. Sediakan 2 sdt gula.
  11. Sediakan 1 sdm mirin.
  12. Sediakan 1 sdt totole.
  13. Siapkan secukupnya Kecap asin.
  14. Dibutuhkan secukupnya Kecap manis.
  15. Siapkan 1 sdm Minyak wijen.
  16. Sediakan Bawang goreng untuk taburan.

Indonesian Bakmi Goreng is a seafood stir fried noodle dish that is a real treat. This was part of the Tumpeng for our Indonesian meal and to be honest I have made it multiple times since. It can be made with any variety of vegetables and protein. to make the fried noodles (bakmi goreng), the vegetables and proteins used are vary, but this combination is the best for my family :). You can use any brand indeed, but I found egg-noodles is the best :).

Cara membuat Bakmi goreng

  1. Rebus mie hingga lunak lalu cuci mie buat hilangin air rebusan yang lengket.
  2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih & merah tumis hingga harum, masukkan telur diamkan 10detik lalu aduh hingga telur matang.
  3. Lalu masukkan bakso aduk2 hingga rata.. tambahkan mie dan bumbu2 aduk hingga rata.
  4. Terakhir masukkan gubis aduh rata tunggu hingga gubis matang matikan api. Sajikan bersama bawang goreng.

Bakmi Goreng (Stir Fried Noodles) is of Chinese origin. However, this dish is very popular in Indonesia and has been modified to Indonesian's taste by adding sweet soy sauce.
