- Diperlukan 2 gelas nasi.
- Sediakan 2 gelas tepung terigu.
- Dibutuhkan 2 gelas tepung beras.
- Diperlukan 1 gelas gula pasir(aku palm sugar=250 gr).
- Diperlukan 2 sdt ragi(fermipan).
- Siapkan 3 gelas air matang.

Langkah-langkah memasak Kue Apem(palm sugar)
- Blender nasi&palm sugar dengan 3 gelas air matang.
- Lalu campurkan adonan kering=tepung beras,terigu,ragi aduk rata.
- Masukan adonan yang sudah di blender ke adonan tepung kering,sedikit demi sedikit biar tercampur rata dan tidak ada yang menggumpal,lalu tutup dengan serbet dan diamkan selama 1 jam.
- Kalau sudah satu jam kita siapkan cetakanya oles dengan minyak goreng baru takar adonan ke cetakan.
- Kalau sudah siap baru panaskan kukusan dan kasih kain tutupnya biar uap gak jatuh ke kue nya,kukus selama 30 menit.
- Kalau sudah 30 menit angkat dan lepas dari cetakanya.
- Hasilnya enak empuk dan berasa palm sugar nya.
